Our Gap analysis entails evaluating the business and technical requirements individually. Afterwards, they are evaluated together
to verify that what is being asked for by the business will be supported by the technical solution.
An in-depth evaluation of the technical requirements will further examine each technical response and comment on the proposed
solution recommending an alternative approach when applicable. We will create a Requirements Traceability Matrix that cross
references both the business and technical requirements to ensure that no requirements have been overlooked.
