Requirements Definition
Whether it is business or technical requirements you are looking for, we can help flush out what the business really needs. We'll
listen to your clients to document all their requests and hold a client review for accuracy. We then will look to refine those
requirements by providing a mock-up system of the requirements.
At this point we reach a major milestone with the customer. The mock-up is a reality check for the client to see if what they
have asked for is actually what they want. Further modifications can be expected as a result of the mock-up flushing out the
hidden requirements that were lurking in the darkness.
Once we feel all requirements are clearly defined, we will have a working mock-up of the system for review confirming the
completeness of requirements.
